The event (in italian or english) aims to present the results of the CUCOTA project – Culture and communication of taste – which promotes the dissemination of the culture of taste in Europe, in particular in secondary schools. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. Among the main project outputs, the “Handbook of culture and communication of taste”, edited by prof. Gianfranco Marrone from the University of Palermo.
