The Packer Managing Fatigue Program

Fatigue is the most distressing and least well controlled symptom for people with many chronic conditions. The Packer Managing Fatigue Program has some of the strongest evidence of effectiveness across non-pharmacological interventions for fatigue. This occupational therapy intervention was first developed in 1995 for the management of severe fatigue due to post-polio syndrome. Since then, its effectiveness has been demonstrated across a variety of populations, delivery methods, and languages. Becoming a certified Packer Managing Fatigue Program Clinician provides you with access to all the tools and resources you need to deliver the Packer Managing Fatigue Program to your clients
