The weeklong Laser North American Championship folded its sails Sunday, after over 160 sailors competed in a four-day long international competition hosted by the Alamitos Bay Yacht Club.
The event introduced sailors from 26 different nations to the breezy coast of Belmont Pier, where all competitors participated in a total of 12 races, with fleets gliding through the Long Beach breakwater and the waters of San Pedro Bay.
