Great event and team engagement! I loved to see that participants were very motivated by this important issue of making sure we keep our elders integrated in every aspect of people’s lives. Thank you Professor Sultan Haider for the opportunity to learn the ITT innovation process methodology first-hand and to be involved in the brainstorming sessions and discussions. Congratulations to all teams as we are all winners. Again, many thanks for the support and the passion shown during this Certification Program in Portugal.

What an honor being part of the organization team for this incredible event! It is still surprising to me how the participants could come up with such creative and innovative solutions in such a short period of time, but this is really only possible when applying the ITT methodology. Aging challenges in Portugal were also a big motivation for our teams and I am thankful we are taking the time to think about such an important topic. Thank you Professor Sultan Haider for the opportunity and for making your speech in Portuguese!

The ITT certification program was sensational!  Not only did I have a lot of fun, but there was so much to learn. Working together in teams with different backgrounds was a challenge, but the different perspectives resulted in very nice solutions.  Until now, I've only had the academic approach to solve problems. Through the program, I finally learned how to face challenges in the real world. I can really recommend the ITT program to everyone! Thank you for the great time and the opportunity to participate. Special thanks to Prof. Sultan Haider , the organization team, the Universidade de Évora and the Hospital do Espírito Santo de Évora EPE!

What an incredible program! Thank you Prof. Sultan Haider and everyone involved for giving us the space to explore and learn how we can bring our innovative ideas to light by following ITT methodology. This opportunity was incredibly eye opening filled with different cultures, educational backgrounds and ages, it was amazing seeing such diversity yet we all came together to discuss and come up with solutions to extremely important topics happening today. Great work and effort from all the teams! Congratulations to everyone on such a successful and fruitful program!

This was a great opportunity to learn more about the ideation process at ITT Siemens Healthineers. Look into the steps involved in exploring problems before we dig into defining a solution. A really enriching experience by teaming up with colleagues from different parts of the world and with different knowledge backgrounds. It was a pleasure to be involved in the first edition of ITT in Portugal, a big thank you to the organizing team for letting me be part of this.

Thank you Sultan Haider and everybody being involved from Siemens Healthineers, the ITT and also from Évora for organizing it and providing us with an opportunity to learn more about the ITT innovation methodology, and also giving the chance to apply it directly in the context of the project workstreams. It was a pleasure not only working hard with my team but also being able to see the approaches the other teams took and the outcomes of the program. Successful indeed, what a great Program I was lucky to participate in. Thank you Prof. Sultan Haider and the entire team, both from Siemens, from Universidade de Évora and from Hospital do Espírito Santo, as well as my team mates and all the participants who had the opportunity I had. I could be naming people but then I would forget someone and that would be terrible. I can name Mr. Ali because he was so helpful with all my "problems" with internet, Teams, etc. And I can conclude by saying - thank you all!!!
