Martijn Botje’s Post

What should a truly customer-centric organization focus on? Of course, many inspiring things that can positively influence the status-quo for the customers! Unsurprisingly, we at To-Increase believe that driving the culture of innovation is one of the most powerful things that we can do as an organization to consistently enhance customer-centricity. Our second Innovation Week at To-Increase As customer-centricity is one of our organization’s core values, how can we at To-Increase not dedicate exclusive time for innovation? … Yes, we do, and we do it every quarter. We recently concluded our second Innovation week, which helped us come together as an organization to collaborate, try new approaches, and embrace and implement ideas with a vision for better future and solutions. Innovation is exciting not just for our customers and partners, but for our talent too! Yes, it was our core developers, Technical Solution Architects (TSAs), product owners, functional talent who can help with testing, Quality Assurance (QA), UI/UX, and research, and several others supporting different personas, who made our Innovation Week as exciting as it was. So, a big “thank you” to everyone for creating engaging experiences … and of course, to Luciano Cunha , our CEO, and Jeff Roybal , our COO, for their enterprising attitude and constant focus on R&D and innovation. What did we achieve through the second Innovation Week and what’s next? Well, let me not do all the talking here. I nominate you, Sheetal Arya, Diana Sukhinina, Sakshi Dhakad and Roxana Voicu, to respond to this question and share your first-hand experiences as well … perhaps in a couple of weeks from now? #InnovationWeek #ToIncrease #Customercentricity #Innovation

Martijn Botje thanks a lot for nomination. Personally and professionally, I consider innovation week a very powerful tool which allows to bring together all professional stacks, experience, thinking, desires and dreams in one place. This flow of energy creates specials conditions for generating a lot of great ideas and innovative streams, gives freedom to develop what is interesting. It is really interesting how it works when instead of the only idea, 2 or 3 ideas appear when development has started. Innovation triggers how it is possible to do in another way, and then, you see how the product is getting enriched by new features and out of the box thinking. Really adore this!

Thank you Martijn Botje, It is always good to have some innovation going... next post is on it way, stay tuned. Cheers!
