Mental Health effects us all in plenty of different ways, whether it effects us directly or close friends or family around you - Mental Health ultimately needs more awareness and support.

We are 7 lads that are more beer/food focussed rather than fitness focussed, and for many of us have either not completed a running challenge before or it is our 2nd or 3rd time - so see this as a real challenge to do.
