The General Meeting of the European Grassland Federation in 2024 will focus on the role of grasslands. The main theme revolves around the question whether grass is important, and if so, why.

Since 1961, the NVWV is a Dutch platform for students, researchers, advisors, teachers, industry representatives, farmers, policy makers and other people interested in grass and forage. The NVWV organizes meetings on actual topics on grassland and fodder making, from research to practical use on farms. All having to do with grasslands and fodder is of interest, such as fertilization, grazing, biodiversity, cultivation measures, breeding, forage harvesting.
