4) The document that show's the exception laws and rules the Irelands can over rule in regards to the registration of EU Voters
5) the Irish voting act that allows public bodies to register EU voter without their consent

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU voting register laws'.

To whom it may concern
Your reply to my Freedom of Information request that I must complete an online FORM for the identify that the applicant is a citizen or resident of the Union
Is this not in breech of the EU Law on the freedom of information?
MY Request is under the Freedom of Information then why do I have to Prove I am a EU Citizen or a resident in the Union.
My Request is for specific documentation Not for access to the EU document Database?

Can my original request be handled as strictly a Freedom of information request and that does not require me, Madeline O'Brien to prove I am a EU citizen or not.

The simple answer is that the EU does not have any voting laws and all EU member states vote their EU MEP state by state and country by country,

The EU citizens have the right to vote for MEPs country by country but it is a barrier to representation on the actual voter (Citizen) .
EU is a TOP down origination and fails the EU voters on many levels.
