About Us
Science4People e.V. (S4P) is a non-profit initiative to provide and improve necessary education for children and young people in crisis regions, such as war-torn Ukraine. The project was launched by Nobel Prize laureate in physics Ferenc Krausz and members of his team shortly after the Russian invasion in 2022. S4P works with established local partner organizations on site to ensure rapid and targeted assistance. The education program SKOLA+, which promotes Ukrainian students and helps to fill the gaps created by the war and the Covid 19 pandemic, is part of these efforts.

Our Partners
Currently we work in strong partnerships on site with the very engaged and well connected Ukrainian non-profit youth organizations Tabula Rasa for the Future Generation and STAN. They are young professionals working in the spheres of peacebuilding, education, human rights, and media. We've also received assurances of support from German foundations, who have generously funded our projects. Sir Peter Ustinov Stiftung, for instance, has been instrumental in our endeavors. Additionally, in the United States, S4P has forged a valuable partnership with Together for Others, marking a deepening of our collaboration.

CURRENT S4P PROJECT
Science4People in collaboration with their Ukrainian partner organization Tabula Rasa for the Future Generation focuses on executing youth projects in Ukraine. One such initiative is the pilot educational program SKOLA+, designed to assist schoolchildren and young refugees in bridging educational gaps resulting from the pandemic and the ongoing russian invasion of this war-torn country. This program offers a chance for participants in fundamental subjects, including Mathematics, literacy skills (writing and reading) at the primary level, and an expanded curriculum for older students encompassing physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, Ukrainian and English. SKOLA+ is gradually spreading to more and more schools across Ukraine. The program is entirely free for all the pupils involved. Every single donation helps us to extend and maintain our support to ever more children in Ukraine.

is an international initiative of scientists and those aware of the role of science and innovation for the future of our civilization. From which this future will grow is education, which is severely impaired in conflict-torn countries. S4P supports these communities to care for the vulnerable and foster education, to open prospects for the future.
