3. | How will my GPS be impacted? |
It may not work correctly based on your device. There is no impact to calling, texting, data or 911 but some commercial apps may be impacted (ex., VZ Navigator).
4. | Is this just a Verizon issue? |
No, GPS Rollover is an industry wide issue. Verizon is trying to be a good partner and help our customers through the Rollover.

No, you do not need to upgrade your device if you are not using GPS dependent applications.
18. | Will I receive a credit due to my GPS not working? |
