I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin  and member of CESifo Research Network.

My fields of research are gender and labor economics.  Within gender economics, I specialize in intimate partner violence and gender norms.  Within labor economics, I am interested in how to retain and motivate talented workers. 

My work combines simple theoretical models with credible empirical identification strategies. This allows me to highlight the mechanisms behind the findings and to simulate alternative policies.
