App automatically tops up your wallet and then you can use this amount for payment, etc. You can't withdraw remaining balance. So if you use this for example during holidays and only have one trip with the scooter, the remaining balance will stay in the wallet.

I install android app. Click agree, enter email address. Says 'something went wrong, try later'. I tried 4 hours later. Several times. Same error.

Once you manage to pay it is fine. I rode one and parked it. When I wanted to use it 2 minutes later I was sent to the banking app 4 times, authorised card use 4 times and was told the vehicle (that I just used and had 20km range left) was not available.
