Old credentials seem to have disappeared. Tried to reset them and the recovery email does not arrive. Call the company and they send you to the online FAQ and then the connection gets terminated. Called then a select the option 5 (other) and then you get placed into a long waiting list. Does this company understand it works in a service business? Seems not.

I hate this user-hostile app. If I have to declare multiple expenses, I'm sitting there fiddling on my tiny phone, and have to jump through hoops to get the receipts onto my phone to be able to upload them in the app. I have an excellent machine with two screens for tasks like these: the computer on my desktop! I hope this app dies in a fire. I would suggest that the product owner of this app talk to some actual users.

Horrible. This app is in place of a website that has been discontinued. I need it to declare my expenses, but it keeps giving errors. Why discontinue the website when the alternative isn't fully functioning? Thanks MTC for making the customer experience worse. The interface is really unclear also.
