Working from the ARIAS office in the city centre of Amsterdam, the core team brings together artists, researchers and hybrid practitioners in collaborations around current themes that explore, celebrate and further artistic research in Amsterdam. A creative communicator is wanted to manage the digital platform and all communication channels of ARIAS. By being in close touch with the (associate) partner institutions, they also take care of the ARIAS’ network visibility and interconnectedness. And when necessary invited to initiate and experiment with other formats that fit the ARIAS vision and programming, for example by creating videos or podcasts, organising events, and finding inspiring contexts for artistic research presentation.

• Demonstrable interest in artistic research and a background in (cultural) communications and PR.
   
• Sharp copywriting and editing skills in English.
   
• Strong social skills and find it easy and fun to connect to a lot of (new) people.
   
• Enjoy working with others and initiating and organising output and events in many forms.
   
• (a plus) Being skilled in creating visual digital content for the communication channels.
   
• (a plus) Having a passion for a particular media or communications format or platform, including but not limited to: photography, video, podcasts, print, illustration, visual design, creative writing, scenography.
