Registration is open for the Best Performance Shooting and Puck Control Camp. This is a huge opportunity to get an massive amount of well coached habits first repetitions before we enter the second half of the season. Groups will have a 3:1 player to coach ratio.

Greetings everyone, This email is alert you of the 11th annual Winter Break Shooting and Puck Control Camp. The focus of this camp is individual players shooting and puck control skills. All groups will be run through athlete-centered sessions to help build skill level. Our goal is to build a more proficient level of technique when it comes to sh0oting and puck handling. We will teach athletes to shoot harder, release quicker, be more accurate and get more shots on net. We will also be working on puck handling skills to help build confidence. In our younger groups we will have fundamental puck skill focus, working on the basics of shooting, puck control and passing. At Best Performance we have identified habits of effective forwards and defensemen and our goal is to teach these habits and the skills to support them. We are offering a female only group for peewee, bantam and midget ages girls. We will also be hosting goalie sessions as part of this camp. Please find attached to this email an information sheet and a registration form. Also registration forms are available at Ernie’s Sports Experts, please fill them out and leave them with the cashiers with payment. The camp starts December 27th.
