TroCare Protect is our enhanced extended service package that is designed to enhance the customer experience for Trotec Laser customers, provide predictable operating costs, and ultimately peace of mind. This complete cost-of-ownership package includes parts, labor, installation and more, providing customers a better way to plan costs and peace of mind for the lifetime of their laser.

What's included
TroCare is available for new or used Speedy laser systems purchased from Trotec, as well as existing Speedy systems up to 7 years old. The package includes:
- Parts and labor (excluding consumables)
- Travel within 150 miles from a tech location (small surcharge for range up to 350 miles)
- Installation costs with the enrollment of a new machine purchase
- Priority remote support (within 4 hours)
- One preventative maintenance visit per year
- 72 hour onsite guarantee if issue deemed necessary by our technical experts
