In 2023, the International City Network for Crisis Management (ICNCM) teamed up with the Union of Baltic Cities (UBC) for a European project to connect their knowledge and experience on enhancing the resilience of Cities and ther population when facing crisis.

The Cities of Vienna, Ljublijana and Rostock for the ICNCM and Liepaia for the UBC are therefore excited to invite you to join the next International Crisis Management Conferences as part of the Connecting Resilient Cities project.
