Really wish this had a trigger warning, some of the SA content is horrific. I understand this may be lived experience of female professional athletes, but when you expect a romance novel (and you'd never see this kind of storyline in a male centred hockey novel), this content was really really jarring and hard to get through.

the amount of guess work needed to understand the flow of thought, let alone a non-existent plot and then the excessive number of hockey-jargon in this oversexed useless piece of garbage was enough to have me drop reading beyond the first few chapters. no points for guessing -BLOCKED!

Enjoyed the story line...different. Disappointed in the epilogue which translates to not happy with how the story ended. A lot of spelling errors that I feel should have been caught in editing. They might trip you up during reading it is so bad. Do not currently have plans to read any more of author's books. One and done.

Aside from writing romance, Elise's passions are chocolate, Star Wars, and hockey (the order depending on the day and how well her team -- the Sharks! -- are playing). She and her husband also play as much hockey as they can squeeze into their schedules, so much so that their typical date night is spent on the ice.
