The first 100 days of Manager Saskia
|
In the beginning of November, I stepped into the world of education, research and PhD trajectories. I was immediately amazed by the eagerness, intelligence, and openness of our PhD candidates and all the people around them working hard to create an educational and safe PhD environment. The first 100 days flew by! Balancing trying to be a sponge, and at the same time, stepping into on-going processes and having to make decisions was a difficult position to be in. Fortunately, the Doctoral School team was always willing to help me navigating through these issues. As I reflect on these initial months, I'm filled with a sense of optimism and determination. The team is filled with new ideas on how to improve the quality and experience of the PhD trajectory. While I am sure challenges lie ahead, I’m confident that with dedication and collaboration, we will elevate our Doctoral School to new heights of excellence and impact!
