In the framework of the LIFE ADAPT2CLIMA project, a number of useful outcomes were produced such as:

- Development of the Adapt2Clima tool, which presents through interactive visualization maps, graphs and tables all the assessment results in detail. See more here: https://cutt.ly/1uPlKRQ
