What is it for?
This form is intended for the doctoral candidate and his/her promotor to periodically reflect on the progress and conditions of the PhD-traject in the first year. Have an open dialogue in which it is important to give each other space and don't judge to quickly. At the start of the PhD-traject, schedule a minimum of 4 interviews  and use this form as an aid. For example after 2, 4, 6 and 10 months after the start.

Tips
1. Set and record the goal for the next conversation at the end of each meeting
2. Check at the end of each meeting whether the appointment for the next meeting is still on everyone's agenda
3. Listen to each other and come up with solutions together
Tips for PhD candidates
The Doctoral School is there to guide you during your PhD traject. You can ask them for advice if you have any questions or problems regarding your promotion.
