Update on Qatar COVID-19 Travel and Return Policy

On 1 April, 2023, Qatar removed the last remaining COVID-19 travel restriction.
At this current time there are no COVID-19 related restrictions or requirements for travelers entering Qatar.
The decision to remove the last of the travel restrictions came following an improved COVID-19 status in most parts of the world.
The Ministry of Public Health encourages people to safeguard their health by following standard infection prevention measures, getting the updated Covid-19 booster vaccine, monitoring local and international updates on the COVID-19 situation and requirements in the country of destination to stay informed about the latest measures.
It is the responsibility of all travelers to know about any changes to Qatar’s Travel and Return Policy through official sources and websites before planning to travel to the State of Qatar.
Please note that everyone is required to wear a face mask when inside health facilities in Qatar.
