3 levels define the project, different levels that offer different experiences of living. The one most related to the urban sensation would be the entrance level to the house. It is the most defined program of the complex where the most traditional uses of a family dwelling are placed in a rectangular prism of 15 x 7 m. Above this level we find the greenhouse. The greenhouse is an empty space that will be occupied in time depending on the needs. Below the level of the house appears a guest apartment. The basic construction of the set mixes industrialized systems with artisan solutions.
