Let’s have a chat

Getting the right consultant for your organisation, culture, and people is so important.

I am always happy to meet-up, physically or digitally, to better understand your brief. Whether that’s developing bespoke workshops, running focus groups, creating policies, or longer term support.

In light of Covid 19 I’ve been meeting with clients via Zoom. I am based in Kent, UK.

Kate Camp

Interim Equity Innovation Manager, Mind

“Sal has worked with me for over three years and has delivered several workshops for National Mind staff. These have ranged from workshops on power and privilege, to trans and non-binary inclusion. This year Sal delivered a workshop on intersectionality, encouraging our staff to think about the whole person in their work.

I always enjoy working with Sal, they are such a pleasure to work with. Sal is excellent at taking my brief and formulating this into a workshop which meets the aims and objectives I have. Working with Sal is a two-way process, they are very good at keeping you informed about the work they will be doing and they are very receptive to feedback.

Sal has always been so warmly welcomed into Mind, and that is because their workshops are enjoyed by all. Sal’s workshops are always safe spaces, and this allows staff to speak about topics they might otherwise not feel comfortable to.”

Sukhil Patel

Senior Data Scientist, Kaluza

“We reached out to Sal when our internal ethnic diversity community at Kaluza were looking at ways to help educate and engage employees at Kaluza around DE&I topics, we were not disappointed.

Sal gave a brilliant talk to over 100 employees on Unconscious Bias which was really well received in terms of engagement, it had lots of great content and tailored specifically for our organisation and some requests for content on specific areas, including how to keep up to date with the latest research and findings in this area! Sal was a pleasure to work with through this process, making time beforehand so we could help review the content and make sure everything went smoothly on the day, they brought loads of energy and enthusiasm to every discussion which definitely helped deliver a powerful message!”

Jamie O’Connell

Co-founder, Life Lessons

“We contracted Sal summer 2022 to appear in a series of short films speaking on the topics: discrimination, protected characteristics, diversity and gender identity.

We chose Sal because they are established as a respected expert in this area. It was important to us to work with someone as credible as Sal with this topic, particularly gender identity, which is highly politicised and can be greatly misrepresented and misunderstood.

Sal is non-binary, they are also modelling much needed diversity into schools across the UK in our films. In many cases this helps young people see and hear from people different from themselves and their communities. Reassuring to other young people who can relate to Sal's journey.

Sal did a fantastic job for us. They have a wonderful calm and kind tone when speaking on camera. Sal researched responses to the questions well in advance and gave precise and highly engaging and informative answers, perfect for what we need in time-pressured classrooms.

I would like to work with Sal again in the future on other projects. They are passionate about their topic specialism, very diligent and a pleasure to work with.”
