This week, Tillmann Rudolf Braun of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection visited Riyadh to participate in the MENA Climate Week 2023.
As part of the energy dialogue, the delegation met with key decision-makers on the topics of hydrogen, the circular economy and carbon capture.
With various initiatives, Saudi Arabia aims to reduce CO2 emissions, use resources more efficiently and expand renewable energies.
The program also included a roundtable lunch with local representatives of the German business community, as well as a visit to the German pump manufacturer KSB Pumpen.

The excellent exchange covered key topics of the economic transformation such as decarbonization of the industry, healthcare, infrastructure and energy.
