I know you are the most experienced and intelligent leader.
I'd like to share what I've seen in 2020: many Chinese who voted for Trump now voting for Biden or vote for neither of them.
However there are still a lot of Chinese Trump Supporters.
The Good News is: many younger professionals who have not been involved in political system before, suddenly found themselves being attacked by the President's Chinese Virus narrative then decided to go against Trump.

Thank you for this heart warming letter. I am independent. I don’t vote for parties but issues. I think your analysis is plausible and reflects what we, Asian/Chinese Americans, have experienced for the last four years. I voted for Trump in 2016 because it seemed that he wanted to bring changes to Washington. He did. But more bad, much more, than the good he brought with his presidency. That’s why I am voting for Biden this time. I have many disagreements with Biden on several fronts. But just like why Biden wanted to run, I hope we’ll have a President whose view will not be so racist for the next four years.

| As an independent voter, I have been disappointed by both Democrats and Republicans. I have my conservative ideals, but it did not stop me from voting for a Democrat in previous elections alongside Republicans. I see your point, but what you just did may cause some with opposing view to feel alientated or bothered in some way.
