Boone Cafeteria Shift Sign-Up
Cafeteria Shifts are once a month from about 10:45am to 12:45pm.  You may sign up for more than one shift per month if you wish.  Please indicate your preferences on this form. We will follow up with an assigned shift soon.

"Dads Day" is the 1st Friday of the month, but dads are welcome to sign up for a shift any day that works for them. Signing up for a "Dads Day" (or any other shift) is committing to come to that shift EVERY month of the school year.
