No no no... screaming, alcoholic, crazy, childish, bitchy women treating men terribly. Where is the romance in that? Not for me.

Apparently this was released prior under a different name. I am thinking if you are going to re-release why not re-write it too? Or maybe it was because many readers gave it high ratings. I am confused.

So, the full title of this book is Fetch (Odd Jobs #1) and I was immediately intrigued. I mean, what kind of romance is involved in odd jobs? I'm over here thinking he's like a cleaning guy or garbage man. But then my blondeness got the best of me. I reread the title and put two and two together. Addison and Cole's story is about letting go of the past, throwing away the cliche's and allowing yourself to be happy regardless of how hard it may be.

Story Line: So, the odd job part of this story? Cole isn't a CEO of a wallstreet business. He's not a millionaire nor a big time sports player. He's a dog walker. Now, before you go writing this story off because it's not your normal trope, sit your booty down and hear me out. Cole could have been a big time veterinarian. But like so many people will understand, college wasn't his thing. So rather than waste thousands and thousands of dollars on a degree he would never have used, he started his own business. A business that incorporated his love of dogs and his love of freedom. A man who loves animals? Um yes please. And then their's Addison. She's cynical almost to a flaw when it comes to Cole at first. Cole's reputation proceeds him. Playboy who just can't keep it in his pants. So of course she deems him off limits regardless of how crazy good looking he is. But he is persistent, if nothing else. Before we know it, a one night stand turns into a weekend stand, turned game of cat and mouse. But the cat and mouse part? As frustrated as I got with these two for being so dang stubborn, it was totally necessary. Because so much more of the story need to to unravel before these two finally got their HEA.

Interaction: Cole is one confident SOB. He knows he's the total package. You know, except for that whole huge ego and all. But man does his bubble burst when he meets Addison. I mean seriously. I have never read such a dramatic character transformation before. And I mean that, whole heartedly, in the best way. Because to be honest, at the beginning of this book, I was not a Cole fan. Like not even a little bit. Cocky guys just don't do it for me. But thank you Jesus, Addison turns him around, even when she wasn't intentionally doing so. Which made it all the more perfect. When a person changes because their SO wants them to? I hate it. But when the person does it because they realize they need a change in their life to get their HEA? SO HOT and SO SWEET. Basically what I'm trying to say here is this - Cole and Addison's dynamic is like two halves of a soul who have finally met. Yes, there are kinks to work out, but the end result will always be the same. They make each other complete.

Laundry: I've said this already, but I will say it a million more times if y'all want me to. Addison and Cole? They have some serious chemistry. Their first laundry scene was hot. Their second? Even hotter. And that trend just continues. I will warn you. There is a dry spell that is caused by their equal stubbornness and refusals to give in. So there's a slight warning there. But bare with us here, because everything happens for a reason. You just gotta trust me here. The end laundry will be totally worth it.

Depth: The meat of this story comes from two angles. The first is Cole and his character transformation. His buddy's give him crap. I bow down to him. The second part comes from Addison and her family life. Overbearing parents can do that to you. Trust me, girlfriend, I feel you more than you know. I can't say I've ever had my parents stalk me and hire someone to take pictures of my every move, but I do know what it's like to have your life under a microscope. It sucks. So, to say I related to her character is an understatement. But after the drama, and the heartbreak, comes something beautiful and so dang fulfilling. This story was the perfect debut novel for the ever talented AJ. I cannot wait for book two in this series. Bravo, girlfriend. Fetch was so "Fetch". (God, I love lame puns) :)

TGIO! (Thank god it's over)

So Addison is in California staying with her cousin/best friend Heather, who is also BFFs with Cole, the asshole dog walker who literally screws his way through is client list, one house at a time. He meets Addison at Heather's house and decides she's his next conquest. Heather has determined they are perfect for each other and is trying to set them up. Cole and Addison go from hating each other, to hate-banging against the wall in the foyer, to head over heels in a matter of days - after she's avoided him since the foyer incident. Then all the back and forth drama between them, and Heather and Wyatt, Cole's other bff.

Every single one of these characters seem to have stopped maturing at 13 and become alcoholics. All are recent college graduates, but even with all the partying Heather has managed to start her own PR company with an elite Hollywood clientele, and Wyatt is making a literal fortune walking dogs a couple hours a day. What the what??

And the antagonist characters are complete stereotypes. Cold, manipulative ex-fiance. Cold, hard father. Clingy, desperate ex-girlfriend. It's like they were copied out of "Romance Villains R Us" verbatim.

The way Addison and Heather treat Cole and Wyatt is ridiculous. Especially Heather - Wyatt has car trouble and she berates him for showing up with dirty clothes. The solution is simple but instead of being a human and letting it go, she acts like a spoiled brat and pouts, barely speaking to him all evening.  The only thing that could have been good in this book was the dogs, but they are barely mentioned. I think the author forgot Heather even had a dog for much of the book since she was only mentioned when Cole would show up to walk her each morning.

Can I have those couple hours back please?

A lot of heat in a small package… Again…

This is a revamped, republished version of Fetch and it was even better the second time around!

All the things I loved about Addison and Cole’s relationship shined even brighter. Cole’s love of animals and irreverence for most everything meant humour went a long way in his pursuit of Addison. There were laughs and light-hearted moments as they circled each other, one determined to win over the other. And the journey was a treat, entertaining from the first tender moments to the last. And, once again, Heather stole the show as the heart of gold bestie to them both.

While I still struggled with the abrupt shifts within some of the scenes, that didn’t take away from the larger story and the real emotions I could read and feel.

I’m looking forward to more and hoping Heather’s story is next!

A lot of heat in a small package…

Addison and Cole’s relationship began with a bit of chance and a little matchmaking but the sparks that flew were all theirs.

This was a romance with a lot of smexy and humour right alongside it. Supporting characters provided a lot of the laughs especially Heather, Addison’s cousin. I liked all the characters, and obviously the romance was the focus, but I admit Heather often stole the show. Cole as well, with his low key job that he was uber-successful in, meant he had the confidence and the drive to go after Addison. Addison, on the other hand, was quick to succumb to Cole’s physical charms but she was not so easy swayed for long term.

Throw in a huge curveball and this was a quick read with all the elements to keep me entertained to the end.

Cute, fun read

One of the things I like about a hero in every story was his persistence. That he will do everything and will never give up that easily on the girl that he really loves. Well, Cole in this story was exactly that kind of hero. I liked his determination to get the woman he wants. And that's Addison.

“Addy, if you think you can run from me you have another thing coming. You can’t run away no matter how hard you try.”

If there is one thing they should both know about me, I don’t give up on anyone I care about.

And although this book was quick, but it was absolutely an entertaining read! I enjoyed reading it. That silly 'Beg' game of Cole and Addy was crazy and had me laughing. And Heather-Cole's bestfriend and Addison's cousin- most of the scenes with her, really tickled my brain. I look forward to reading her story.

Alexander proves that she can hold her own. Fetch is full of captivating moments and scene stealing characters intent on finding a place in your heart. Life is about finding the humor in moments of darkness and heading toward the light. Addison and Cole are a lesson in life, love and moving forward. The scope is not always pretty but the wisdom we gain helps us keep our heads even as we lose our hearts. Sweet and sassy never hurts when dealing with heartache.

Synopsis:

Addison is running from a life she doesn't want, leaving behind her controlling father. Whilst staying with her cousin and best friend, she meets the handsome dog walker and business man, Cole.

The last thing either of them were looking for was love, yet they become infatuated with each other. However when the past comes back to haunt them, their chance of happiness is jeopardised.

Review:

The synopsis of the book gave nothing away but yet drew me in. I was eager to find about the characters' haunting past.

I found as soon as I began to read the book, the author's tone set the story off straight away and hooked you right in. The fact that the book instantly lifted off also meant that I was able to make my initial character judgements and I was keen to see if my opinion could be changed.

I took a dislike to Cole instantaneously, I felt that he was obnoxious and arrogant. Unfortunately, unlike the female lead Addison I was unable to fall for his charms. I also felt that Cole's character began to soften too quickly which turned him into quite a possessive and sulky character. However I could understand why his characteristics were like this after reading his story and I have seen this with men in the real world.

As for Addison, I genuinely could not make up my mind about her and felt I was unable to connect with the character at all. I also felt like the characters in the book acted younger than what the author had made them. These characters were young adults in the story but it genuinely felt that I was reading about college students due to the amount of drama. The jumps between the different character perspectives however were easy to follow and did not affect the flow of the story.
The story itself I found moved very fast which resulted in me feeling that it was a little too unrealistic and quite 'cheesy' in part. Also for any prudish readers out there, I would not recommend picking this up as it was quite explicit in places however this didn't affect nor put me off the book. What did put me off however was the repetition of phrases during these scenes and also between the dialogue between the characters.

For me personally the whole book had a childish feel and when I was ready for the story climax I was quite disappointed as to what it was. Unfortunately this wasn't the book for me as I genuinely felt parts of the story were too over the top and farfetched. I felt like little details of the book were over looked and not covered. For example the Aunt that Addison and her cousin lived with did not appear until right near the end, despite all the drama going off in their house.

So to summarise, the reason as to why I have a low rating of this book is due to the over dramatic story line which doesn't really follow on and the climax was not enough for me, I wanted the past to be as 'haunting' as the synopsis said.

Fetch is the first book in the Odd Jobs series by author AJ Alexander. Fetch is a contemporary romance novel, and one that I really enjoyed at that. It is also AJ Alexander's debut novel, and it deals with plenty of adorable dogs, so you know right off the bat that it is going to be a huge hit with me. And the story lived up to the adorableness of all the furry friends.

Fetch is the story of Addison and Cole. Cole is an interesting character. He is totally full of himself. It took me a while to warm up to him, but like Addison, he eventually won me over. Cole owns his own dog walking business. What I liked most about Addison was how she has no problem putting Cole in his place. Honestly, Addison was Cole's redeeming factor. Without her, he is just a cocky borderline jerk. I will throw him one bone though- he certainly is persistent. Which he needed to be to win over Addison. (who, by the way...I loved!)

Fetch is a cute contemporary romance with lots of banter and heart. It was a fun read. I am looking forward to the next book in the Odd Jobs series, called Served. If you are a fan of dogs and you love romantic comedy type romances with the redeemed player trope, then Fetch will be right up your alley.

A quick and quirky romance that didn’t just lean on lust it found itself knee deep in what can only be described as a sea of emotion. The first in a new series, the author didn’t leave anything to chance, she loaded the story with everything you could possible want but that didn’t mean that it had everything that you could need because there were times when I thought that the story was a little one sided.
Cole and Addison both felt something for each other when they initially met but Cole was more willing that Addison was to act on that attraction, which for a guy with his track record was a little surprising. I understood her reticence but it she was on a sticky wicket trying to deny the inevitable, Cole was not a man to be trifled with, he was willing to give it everything he had to show her that he was more than the man that she thought he was…but could he change her mind?
I enjoyed the humour that the author injected into the story, I found myself chuckling my way through much of the story, I found the story easy to follow, with a pace that drew me in and a captivating tone that encouraged me to not only stay but to make myself comfortable.
A solid read that I enjoyed and that has me chomping at the bit for the next in the series.

This story was a crazy one because at first I almost gave up on reading the book because of Cole. I could not stand him and his attitude and his behavior. If I was Addison I would have not given him the time of day because he was so arrogant but then he started to redeem himself and I opened up to him and gave him a shot just like Addison did.

Addison has to be careful because she does not know whether or people like her because of her or because of her money. So she has to be very careful about who she associates herself with. Then in walks in Cole and he makes it clear that he wants Addison no matter what and he is willing to do whatever it takes to get her in his arms and in his bed.

Will Cole be able to convince Addison he wants her for her and not her money or will she walk away and remain friends with him?

💣💥💖Steamy, fun, and relatively quick to read enemies to lovers book. I loved these guys. 💖💥💣

If you’re after a fun to read book about some go-getta college grads who work hard and party harder, you will love this group of friends who despite their personal faults, are always there for each other.
Addison has been badly burned by her fiancée and her wealthy family. They want her to fit a mould. Marry the man chosen by her father, and take up a career be-fitting their medical background.

Trouble is, they also can’t understand why she would get upset when she catches him balls deep in another woman, or, why she doesn’t want to be manhandled by him. I love that Addy packs up and moves across country to live with her cousin and BFF, Heather, and prepares to live life on her own terms.

Cole too has been betrayed. He found his fiancée in a similar manner, only she was bent over their sofa! His reaction is extreme. Ditch the white picket fence dream, and use his successful business as a means to spread his sexual favours far and wide, and often.

Heather is Cole’s friend from way back when his dream of love and family was still alive, and invested in his start up business, dog walking. She knows him, knows his history and thinks that him and Addison would be perfect together.

Unfortunately for Cole, Heather has long since regaled Addy with stories of Cole’s man-wh0rish ways, so he’s dead to none in her books. Since her move, she’ll never be at any man’s behest again. She’ll never settle, and never be more than happy with being no. 1 in a mans life again. Trouble is, while the chemistry drives her insane, Cole’s behaviour is everything that disgusts her in a man. On his part, the moment he meets Addy, his dream is once again alive and well, but he has to pull out the big guns to convince her that he’s serious for a life-time, not the hate-sex that is off the charts sizzling hot!

This is a book that I absolutely enjoyed, and I’ve one-clicked the next in the series! 4 Stars.

Great humour & drama woven together

STAY was originally released as Fetch and was AJ Alexander's first foray into writing solo, and boy did she nail it. I have read her previous co-written stories, so I knew that the woman could definitely write a great story. STAY had humour and drama interwoven beautifully together, and it openly plays upon all emotions. I loved both Addison and Cole, they were both likeable characters, as were Heather and Wyatt, their wing man and woman.

Addison has moved to California to take up a teaching position and to escape her controlling father and a cheating ex. She is determined to start her life over and live the way in which she wants to ... independently. She moves in with her cousin and best friend Heather, and there she meets Cole, Heather's best friend from college and a self-employed businessman.

Even though Cole came across as being an arrogant womaniser in the beginning, you just knew there had to be a reason for his actions. Then he meets Addison and his personality undergoes a transformation, he becomes the man Heather knew in college. He is much more likeable and he's more than willing to show Addison who the real Cole is. But will Addison believe that he has changed or will she put up all her walls again?

I loved Heather and Wyatt, they definitely gave me a giggle or two with some of their antics. I'm really looking forward to seeing what AJ does with these two in her next book SERVED. All in all, this was a wonderful quick read that had me laughing out loud and also getting very frustrated and angry.

Definitely a recommended read.

This first book in her Odd Jobs series is about Addison and Cole, who initially, seem about as mismatched as two people could be. She comes from money and is used to being controlled by her (famous physician) father and ex-boyfriend until she moves away to start her own life and become a teacher. Cole dropped out of veterinary school and started his own successful dog-walking business. Used to going through women like some go through changes of clothes, Cole is shocked when he meets Addison and is quickly wanting more from her than he’s ever wanted from a woman.

I loved that the male lead in this novel is a dog walker! Being a major dog person, I was easily attracted to Cole because of his chosen profession. And since I was a teacher for 15 years, I was also drawn to Addison’s character, especially coming from such a successful and prominent family, yet she still chose to follow her heart.

Although I love hot and steamy novels and am a huge fan of AJ Alexander, I did find myself struggling with such a strong focus on sex, as well as, the characters’ tendency to party, have sex, and fight more than they did anything else. Nevertheless, this was a cute, sexy read that I flew through, and was very excited to see that the next novel in the series focuses on Heather and Wyatt!

Stay is a great, light-hearted, and romantic book for fans of contemporary romance and especially those that enjoy enemies-to-romance stories.

Cole, a dog walker, has a reputation with women - he's more of a love and leave them type guy, especially since he found his last serious relationship with another man. Unfortunately, his ex seems to think she is irresistible and can win him back. When Cole meets Addison, his reaction to her is instant, especially as she won't jump straight into bed with him. Addison wants nothing to do with Cole and his womanising ways but Addison makes him want to change his ways and be a one woman man.

Addison has already been walked all over by her ex who only wanted her for the opportunities her father can give him. Her father is no better, constantly telling her that her decisions are not good enough. Whilst she is instantly attracted to Cole, she is cautious about jumping in.

Whilst I enjoyed this book, I don't feel we got below the surface of all the emotions and what the characters were facing as the author focused primarily on Cole's womanising with the rest of the conflict coming second. I struggled a little with both these characters because of the way they treated each other at times on the way to their happy ending. They frustrated me completely. Still worth a read though.

Fetch is the first book in the Odd Jobs Series and the first solo book by AJ Alexander.

This book follows dog walker Cole, and future teacher Addison as they figure something out about themselves, and each other. Cole doesn't just walk dogs, he owns his own business. Has an incredible condo makes lots of money and has Heather as his best friend. Cole is known as a man whore, but who can blame him after the women he loved crushed him.

Addison is a spoiled rich girl who's trying to get away from her controlling parents. After graduating college she runs from NY to CA to live with her aunt and cousin, Heather. All Addison wants is to control her own life without her father's interference.

NowHeather is determined to help her cousin clean out the vag cobwebs by hooking Addison up with Cole. She plays matchmaker which leads to so many funny scenes.

This is a page-turning story with great characters in real life situations that have great humor and steamy scenes. I know the story will continue for Cole and Addy in Heather and Wyatt'sbook, and I can't wait!

Fetch was an amazing story packed in a short(ish) read that never seemed rushed in my opinion. I've read the amazing AJ Alexander teaming up with other author's in the past, but this is the first one by her lonesome. Her talented writing style shone through the pages, and if you knew me & how I felt about the short reads, it takes a lot for me to see them as perfect, because I'm a girl who wants a big book. Now, this is the story about Addison, who is trying to break free from her overbearing father, and Cole, a smart man, who instead of becoming a Vet, he hated all of the college rules, he starts his own Dog Walker business, which has become pretty lucrative. He meets Addison for the first time, because her cousin/bestie is his best friend, but Addison didn't want any part of him, despite the strong attraction they had because of his past man whore ways. So he goes on the chase, and what ensues is hysterically funny, with a side of big drama. Not to mention their sexy times lit the sheets on fire, after they hooked up once. I LOVED this story, and CANNOT WAIT for the next one, so instead of giving anymore description, I'll just HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Cole, the dog walker, actually small business owner of Promener Le Chien, once had the dream of settling down and having a family, but that went out the window when his long time girlfriend cheated on him. Giving up on love he decided to sample the female population like a buffet at a restaurant. That was until he met Addison and she made him think about those long buried dreams.

Addison was in California running from a controlling father, a cheating ex and to begin a new job. She wasn't looking to begin a new relationship, especially with an arrogant mimbo like Cole. She knows all about men like him, only after one thing and she doesn't need that kind of trouble. However, when Cole pursues her even after her repeated attempts to shake him off, she begins to change her mind. Cole may be more than he seems.

Both Cole and Addison have their work cut out for them is they want to make a relationship work, but with a little work the best things can happen.

Stay is a quick read that isn't filled with anything too heavy. If you are looking for something quick to read while traveling or that you could finish in a day, Stay will fill your needs.

3.5 insta love stars!!

This is book one of the “Odd Jobs” series. No cliffhanger so can be read as a stand alone. I’m looking forward to the following books because I am definitely loving all the characters in this book.

This is a super fast romance read. I think the four main characters are funny and the author did a great job in the development of said characters with as short as the book was. I think Heather (the cousin/best friend) is like super cool except the way she treats Wyatt had me not liking her as much. Seriously you are mad because he tried...that some spoiled girl shit. Anyway I think Cole is wonderful though I am not sure why he let Addison treat him the way she did.

This is an ARC copy so it did have quite a few grammar errors but even with that the book was an effortless read. I think the women drove me nuts in this book of how they treated the men. Maybe it’s ok in some circles but it’s annoying to me. But if you are looking for a super hot dog walker this is where you shall find him.

**I received this book as an ARC and in return gave my honest review**

Fetch is the first book in the Odd Jobs series and the first solo book by AJ Alexander. This is a fast and hot romance book.

Cole is a dog walker. Addison is a future teacher. When Cole is out picking up dogs for their morning walks, Addison answers the door at the home of Cole’s client and his best friend, Heather’s home. It was instant lust (and possibly love) for Cole, Addison did not feel the same. Despite Cole’s heart being broken in the past and his man whore ways, he is willing to give all that up just to continue to experience the chemistry he has with Addy. Addison, doesn’t want anything to do with Cole’s man whore ways, despite feeling that connection with him.

I loved the chemistry between Cole and Addison. I couldn’t put this book down. It was steamy, it was funny and it is something I could truly see happening in a real relationship. Plus, Heather’s matchmaking ways had me dying of laughter! I can’t wait to get more of Cole and Addison in Heather and Wyatt’s story!

Very predictable , but fun short story. Addison moves away from her controlling father and his expectations of her. She moves in with her aunt and cousin. She has a position as a teacher when school return after summer. She meets the dog walker Cole, sparks fly and complications start to happen.

Vickie is Cole's ex that won't leave him alone. They go on a double date, which ends badly with Vickie draped over Cole and her friend over Wyatt. Addy and Heather go to New York for some retail therapy only to find out Addy's father has had her followed the whole time.

The girls agree to go back to her parents house for one night. Addy takes a package into her father's study and sees all the photos that have been taken of her. Both fly back and Addy forgives Cole. Happy ever after.

5 STAR Review by Jodi for Ruby Red Romance Review

I enjoyed this story from start to finish. A.J. Alexander did an amazing job on her first solo book. Fetch is the first book in the Odd Jobs series. The story itself sucked me in from the beginning and didn't let go until the very end. I loved getting to meet everyone, but this book focuses on Cole and Addison.

It wasn't easy for these two to get to this point. At times, I wanted to punch Cole. He was cocky and arrogant. But in the end, he redeemed himself. Addison, she was exactly how she needed to be to get her HEA. She was looking to start over and boy did she. I loved watching these two fall. I loved seeing them change for the better. Most of all, I loved watching them grow, as a couple and as individuals.

This story was everything I wanted and more. It's beautifully written and beyond entertaining. I won't lie, there were parts that irritated me, but in the end they were all necessary. Congrats to A.J. Alexander on her first solo book.

Stay was previously released under the title Fetch but is now being released with a new title, a new cover and some added scenes.

I already loved the story when I read Fetch, but all the added scenes made me fall in love with Cole and Addison even more. There is no denying their chemistry with each other. This story is a hot, quick read.

Cole had his heart broken, so after the end of a serious relationship he becomes somewhat of a manwhore. Addison ran away from her old life, she needed a change so why not go hang out with cousin and just enjoy life. Her first meeting with Cole didn’t go over well but their were sparks between the two. I loved the progression of their story and their relationship.

I LOVED Heather in Fetch and I think I love her even more after reading Stay. Her matchmaking ways are hilarious. The added epilogue was perfect. I thought it was the perfect ending to their story and summed up their relationship pretty well.

I can’t wait to get more Addison and Cole in Served and of course to find out what is going on with Heather and Wyatt!

Addison has run across the country to get away from her ex and her family. She found the ex with another woman and then found out he was using her because of her families connections. Her father is trying to control her life. Addison just wants to put her teaching degree to work and make a difference. Luckily her best friend and cousin, Heather, is willing to let her crash with her until she gets settled. Cole is Heather’s friend and owns a dog walking business. Instant attraction but can Addison trust another man to not want her for her money.

This was my first read by this author. I enjoyed the story but struggled with the beginning. I felt like the story needed more dialog between the characters. As the story went along the dialog seemed to get better and it flowed easier. Stay is a quick, easy read. As an animal lover I loved the fact that Cole is a dog walker and obviously loves pets. Will be interested in seeing what the author does with the next book in the series.

3.8 stars.

Addison moved away from her parents to get away from her father's controlling ways. She wants to make it on her own. She comes from wealth, but with wealth comes expectations and her in particular, her crazy, do it my way or lose everything kinda dad.

Cole wants to live a happy life. He left school to start his own business as a dog walker. He's done very well for himself, and also because of a broken past relationship, he really doesn't do relationships. Until Addy.....

What I didn't understand was the how, when and how? he fell for her....It seemed like it was onesided instalove. It didn't ruined the story for me, but I always love The Moment, like a clarity moment, the realization moment...

I liked the story, it was quick, sweet read. I am actually looking forward to Heather and Wyatt's book. I feel for Wyatt and hope he has an amazing HEA...That boy deserves it. Overall, 3.8 stars, what a good start to this series.

Who can say no to a story about dogs!

Fetch is a unique story that turned out to be really cute. Seriously, Cole was pretty dang smart starting up his own dog walking service. The beginning was a little choppy for me as the author bounced around with the different characters introductions. But once Addison and Cole met, I couldn't help but to get sucked into the story line. Addison had her issues with her father and I wanted things to work out between her and Cole after a little matchmaking by her cousin Heather. There was no denying the chemistry between the two.

Cole came off as a little arrogant at times but he did win me over as the story progressed. The story itself was fun but man it was over with long before I was ready for it to end. AJ Alexander has a way of capturing you with her words and I'm glad to know there's a second book already in the works. If you like light humor with a touch of romance, this is one you'll definitely want to read!

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. This is my first book by this author and I loved it! It’s angst, sweet, sexy and frustrating, but all in the best way possible. Cole and Addison have both had bad relationships in the past and trying to move forward from them, well they went about it differently. Addy moved miles away and Cole, well he became a man whore. Addy’s cousin Heather is Cole’s friend and is trying to help him and Addy in the love department, and it’s going to be a lot of work. The banter between Addy and Cole is amazing, the sexual tension is high and the flirting is off the charts deliciously yummy! Now if only these two could get their heads out of their butt to see what’s in front of them, they just might have a chance! Will the dog walker get the girl of his dreams? I guess you need to read to find out! Loved it, such a great read! Highly recommend it!

Cute, fast, and sweet with a nice bit a naughty thrown in Fetch is the kind of book you pick up and relax with. You’ve got ladies with plenty of sass and sexy men who would do anything for them along with puppies and the perfect bit of drama to keep you hooked start to finish in this book! I adored AJ Alexander’s writing in this. She perfectly balances the serious with the sweet and even funny with Addy’s cousin Heather around.
Cole definitely took his role as manwhore seriously, but that instantly changed the moment he met Addy. Always a sucker for instalove I was in heaven with these two, even when they did take their sweet time getting on the same page at first. I loved how Cole was all in from day one and set on Addy seeing what they had was more just as much as I loved Addy giving him a run for his money and making him work for it!

Fetch is a very cute romance. Cole isn't just a dog walker but the owner as well. He comes off as a play boy but he is loyal as they come. Once he meets Addison its all over for him. I love how he just knows his future is with her. Addison is running from her demanding father. She is trying to prove she doesn't need anyone to make her own life. Little did she know that Cole would enter the picture and turn her life upside down. Like all stories there is a little angst to be had. There is unrequired love thrown into this little group of friends that you will meet while reading. Cole and Addison are cute together and the chemistry is spot on. I really enjoyed reading this one and I can't wait for more to come.

This is the first book by A.J. Alexander that I have read and I really enjoyed it.

This story was unique and overall really cute.

Addison is trying to make a life for herself and not what her parents want of her. She is living in California with her cousin and doing just that.

Cole owns his own business that just happens to be a dog walking company. He has really made a name for himself and also really loves what he does. Cole also has a reputation of being a man whore. When he meet Addison all of his ways change and he does what he has to make Addison see that. Then in comes trouble. Will they be able to survive this trouble or will it ruin them before they really get a chance at happily ever after?

I can't wait to read more by A.J.
